Will my child see a score?
No. Never. There is no mark, no percentage and no leaderboard anywhere a child can see. If they get it wrong twice we simply show them the answer and move on.
What do you store about my child?
A nickname and a school year. Not their real name, not their date of birth, not a photo. That is the whole of it.
Does it match what they do at school?
Yes. The skills follow the order a UK primary teaches them, and the apparatus is the same — ten frames, counters, part-whole models.
What if they get stuck?
They cannot get stuck. One retry, then we show them how, kindly, and the next question comes.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. No phone call, no offers to stay.
